2024 was a fine season for the Malbec grape in the Grape Farm vineyard with lovely formed bunches on the hand pruned & harvested vine.
This wine has rich, dark fruit flavours of plum & cherry with notes of black pepper spice. Enjoy with grilled meat.
Wine Making Process
Wine Making Process
The wine making methods are personal and traditional and are founded upon organic principles. Vines are hand-pruned, hand-tendered and hand-harvested. Grapes are fermented in open vats, pressed and allowed to mature in French and American oak barrels and stainless steel for up to 18 months. All wines are made from fruit harvested from our vineyard.
